Pets may only be dropped off or collected during the opening hours. However, to give your pet the best attention, especially on their first visit, we recommend arriving in the morning, so that your pet has the whole day to acclimatise to its surroundings. We impose strict opening hours as we have found from experience that out of hours visitors unsettle our guests.
